OUR MISSION: SAVING LIFE ON EARTH
At the Center for Biological Diversity, we believe that the welfare of human beings is deeply linked to nature — to the existence in our world of a vast diversity of wild animals and plants. Because diversity has intrinsic value, and because its loss impoverishes society, we work to secure a future for all species, great and small, hovering on the brink of extinction. We do so through science, law and creative media, with a focus on protecting the lands, waters and climate that species need to survive.
We want those who come after us to inherit a world where the wild is still alive.
Manhattan New Music Project (MNMP) is a nonprofit performing and arts education organization that engages both youth and adult audiences in innovative music programming throughout New York City. Founded in 1990 by the late experimental jazz artist Paul Nash, MNMP seeks to cross traditional musical boundaries and catalyze imaginative projects involving the creation of new work through performances, collaborations and educational activities.

Who We Are
Every warrior has a next mission. We know that the transition to civilian life is a journey. And for every warrior, family member, and caregiver, that journey looks different.
We are here for their first step, and each step that follows. Because we believe that every warrior should have a positive future to look forward to. There’s always another goal to achieve, another mission to discover. We are their partner in that mission.
